Najwa + Richard – Made For You – San Diego Wedding Cinema

Another wedding this year where we got to enjoy seeing a past couple! We worked with Najwa’s brother and sister in law back in ’09 and they were so kind to recommend us for this wedding. Najwa and Rick combined their two cultures and their event was so fun-filled. Their personalized gifts to their bridal party were awesome and I loved their grand entrance. These two just light up when they see each other and it’s so evident that they are in love.

enjoy!

Amanda + Jeff – Clear Skies – San Diego Wedding Cinema

Another rainy day wedding, well at least it started that way, thunder and all. We even had to move the ceremony inside on the dance floor. Amanda and Jeff were all smiles though, nothing would ruin their day. After the ceremony, it cleared up with a beautiful overcast afternoon! I don’t know how we get such sweet couples but we are so blessed with awesome people to work with. Congratulations you two.

Michelle + Joel – Dancing in the Rain – Orange County Wedding Cinema

Tigers and llamas and zebras, oh my! Rancho Las Lomas was a gorgeous venue to have an event. Joel and Michelle chose a lovely place and they couldn’t have timed it any better. They were concerned about the rain but were watching their weather apps and decided that we could still squeeze the ceremony in before the downpour. We were safe from the weather until the reception, and that made it pretty romantic. The two of them even danced in the rain toward the end!

Christina + Antonie – Since We Were Six – San Diego Wedding Cinema

He knew when they were kids that he was going to marry her. She thought they were cousins. When they reconnected as adults, he was in love and she still thought they were cousins…after finding out the truth, it was love for the both of them. I loved their African themed wedding, including a ‘jump the broom’ tradition at the end of the ceremony. We had a great time with you two, what a wonderfully sweet couple, congratulations 🙂

Jessica + Heath – Come Back – San Diego Wedding Cinema

Through heart wrenching deployments, these two have built a relationship that spans the globe. Their first year of marriage has had them traveling and being apart for much of it. Jessica did a great job planning everything regardless and they had a wonderful first anniversary bash as their wedding day. It was beautiful and emotional. We wish you the very best you two!!

Mayra + Alonzo – Love is an Adventure – San Diego Wedding Cinema

It’s still the Wild Animal Park to us, since we grew up going there…but we really enjoyed working at the Safari Park with this really, incredibly sweet couple! We shot Mayra’s brother and sister in law’s wedding a couple years ago so it was neat to see them as well. Mayra spent a lot of time on the details of this wedding to fit the venue. I love all the earthy decor and hearing all the animals all night was so fun. Enjoy the beauty!

Brittany + Eric – Poetic – San Diego Wedding Cinema

The SD Museum of Art at Balboa Park was the perfect setting for Brittany and Eric with art themed tables and a sunset ceremony. They are such a cute couple who made each other laugh all day. I love that his phone rang during their first look, something to remember, that’s for sure. Along with that, we had some other surprises like Brittany singing for Eric and a flash mob to surprise Brittany. Such joy and love. Congratulations.
