Natalie + Richard – The Grand Tradition

Natalie and Richard celebrated their beautiful wedding day at The beautiful Grand Tradition in Fallbrook. We loved running into one of our past couples at this wedding and getting to check in with them. The day was beautiful with no clouds in the sky. At the venue there are separate getting ready rooms and so the guys and girls each got ready with some yummy snacks and champagne. Once they all were ready and had a toast with their friends, Natalie and Richard finally got to see each other.

They had their first look behind the mansion and a beautiful photo shoot after that. Natalie’s dress was just lovely with the slight off the shoulder look and their flowers were beautiful, and Richard’s smile just says it all. Their ceremony was down by the water and Natalie’s dad officiated. He had some lovely things to say about the two of them, but their personal vows were just so incredibly sweet. I love that Natalie got teary when she didn’t expect to.

After the ceremony they took some more photos and everyone else enjoyed cocktails and delicious food in front of the mansion. The Grand Tradition has so many cool areas for everyone to enjoy different aspects of the wedding day. The fun was just beginning though because the reception was off the hook! First, the grand entrance got things going great with lots of energy and fun! They had a photobooth that was almost never empty, and they even had a boba tea station, which was so fun and something we’ve never seen before.

We just had so much fun with these two at The Grand Tradition, hope you enjoy!

Ashley + Zac – Longshadow Winery

Ashley and Zac had such a gorgeous wedding at Longshadow Winery in Temecula! The venue is beautiful, rustic and sweet with horses, vineyards and a really nice building where the reception was. Ashley and Zac met in high school and the first time he saw her, he said to himself that he was going to marry her. And sure enough, he did! The wedding was so beautiful, we loved all the personal touches and the colors were really great for the venue. The dark reds and blush were great contrast with the rustic feel.

Ashley got ready with her ladies upstairs in the barn overlooking where the reception was going to be. Her dress and hair/makeup were so beautiful! The two decided to not do a first look and we just absolutely loved their first look as she came down the aisle! Ashley wanted us to get a drone shot of her approach with her dad on the horse and carriage that went around the venue before dropping them off. I’m so glad she asked because it was so fun. As she made it down the aisle, Zac’s face said it all. Not only that but he had to lean on the best man for support. It was so great. Ashley was brought to tears as well. The officiant told parts of their story and their personal vows told the rest. We just love getting to learn a little about our couples through the words at the ceremony and speeches during receptions.

The reception decor was beautiful. We loved the seating chart on the old door, the gorgeous engagement photos on the tables and the fabulous dessert table. The reception was full of fun and energy. From a photobooth that was rarely empty, to smashing cupcakes in each other’s faces, to singing happy birthday to the ring bearer who fell asleep on the job. The dancing was also off the hook.

We had so much fun working with you two and we wish you the best! Congratulations.

From the couple: LOVE it! You guys did such a great job! We love love love the highlight video and really appreciate you capturing the ceremony and reception activities so well! I also really appreciate you guys capturing the overhead shot of the carriage – I know that was a special request and truly appreciate that you made it happen!

Ana + Bardia – Mount Palomar Winery

These two wonderful people got married at Mount Palomar Winery. There was a slight worry about rain, but it held off until the very end of the night during dancing so the day ended up being beautiful! These two met in physics class and we just loved learning a bit of their story during their wedding day. Their vows were completely adorable and they are just so sweet.

After the ceremony, they went out for some photos, aren’t they so cute? The guests enjoyed passed appetizers and drinks on the beautiful lawn next to where the ceremony was. The decor was lovely at this wedding. The flowers were sweet white and blush and the sun peeked out just in time for golden hour.

The reception was off the hook. I am not exaggerating that barely anyone ate dinner that night. They would not leave the dance floor for anything! All the excitement started with the grand entrance and some other fun events. They did a traditional Russian bread ceremony where they each bit off as big of a bite of bread that they could muster. The “winner” gets to be the head of the house hold. For the cake cutting ceremony, they did a traditional Persian knife dance where different people tease the couple with the knife and eventually the groom pays for the knife.

After wonderful speeches and all the other events, everyone, literally everyone danced the night away. Even when the rain finally started sprinkling right at the very end of the night, that wasn’t enough to keep anyone from enjoying their time at Ana and Bardia’s Mount Palomar Winery wedding! We hope you enjoy these two beautiful people.

Cara + Ryan – Wedding Camping

Wedding camping? Yes you read that right. These two had an amazing wedding weekend at a sleep away camp. Growing up did you ever go to one of those? I grew up going to Hume Lake and wow, being here this weekend brought back all the nostalgia! The “campers” all checked in for the rehearsal dinner which was amazing. They had a bunch of wonderful speeches from their friends and a mess hall style meal of amazing mexican food. They even had personalized “red cups” for all the guests to take home and fun games to play in the rec room. The night ended with a super fun band and dancing the night away. Then all the guests went to their cabins and yurts for the night.

The next day was a beautiful day which began with all the guests playing games by the pool, zip lining and enjoying the beauty of being in the wilderness in the middle of Los Angeles. We just loved getting to be a part of this wedding because we filmed the groom’s sister’s wedding a few years ago, as well as his cousin and her sister’s weddings. So I think this is probably the record, having 4 of our couples in one place! We just absolutely loved catching up with everyone.

Cara got ready in her yurt and she and her sister were so sweet reading the note from Ryan. It is so clear that they are just meant to be from all the wonderful things people said about them all day and all the things we learned about them throughout the weekend, I mean aren’t they adorable? They had a first look on a pathway by the pond and all the anxieties of the day were washed away. The ceremony was under a beautiful tree and we had a first – a ring “bear”er! Ryan’s nephew dressed as a bear along with Cara’s grandma as the flower girl, so cute!

The reception was amazing, with strung up lights across the dance floor and a neon sign with the couples’ hashtag. Their first dance was amazing, the speeches were great and the dance floor was full the entire night. The band kept the party going and there was a cute champagne trailer as well. Honestly I could go on and on about this wedding, but we would love for you to just watch it yourself, please enjoy!

Nina + Jerimiah – Pechanga Wedding

Happy New Year! We are excited to share Nina and Jerimiah’s Pechanga wedding today! They got married under a beautiful sacred oak tree and it was gorgeous. They got ready and had their reception at the casino. The getting ready was so fun, the girls were laughing the whole time and the little flower girls were the cutest things ever. The guys braided their hair and were having lots of fun themselves. These two were just full of giggles all day. Their first look was adorable and I think they just felt so much better once they had their first look and got to be together.

After some photos, we all went to the ceremony. The oak tree was gorgeous and it was such a sweet ceremony. The officiant did a traditional cleansing ceremony and Jerimiah’s vows were adorable. It’s always so neat to see different traditional ceremonies at weddings. They took more photos with the tree, with their friends and family and at some other fun areas around there.

The reception was back at the casino in one of the ballrooms. They had beautiful flowers, a delicious cake, and tons of fun things for the guests to do. The kids had a whole room dedicated to them with a huge jumpy house, bubbles, and coloring pages. The guests could enjoy a photobooth, cigar rolling and late night tacos and churros later in the evening. I loved the couples’ first dance, again the two of them just so giddy and happy together. The speeches were so sweet as well.

We hope you enjoy this Pechanga wedding!!

Erica + Ash – Lake Oak Meadows Wedding

Oh wow, what a romantic, sweet and hilarious wedding to be a part of. These two are so adorable and funny! And the addition of their baby throughout the day just made the day even sweeter. Lake Oak Meadows Wedding venue is really beautiful and such a great place to get married. They got ready with all their friends and family and it was so funny because Ash forgot his shirt but Erica called her neighbor and was able to get it in time for the ceremony. The guys all wore Marvel shirts under their wedding shirts, even their little boy! Erica and her sisters had some really sweet moments during that time as well.

The first look was cute. First Erica saw her dad, who was so adorable!!! Then the best man pretended to be Erica for the actual first look. It was pretty funny. Then the two finally got to see each other for an emotional first look and gift exchange. The ceremony was beautiful with great words from Ash’s brother and amazing vows to one another. The best thing was when the vows were interrupted by their son playing with tractors on the ground in front of them. Such a picture of parenthood!!

The reception was so beautiful with unique centerpieces on each table, cool flowers, an amazing dessert spread and a really neat gift from the father of the bride. He actually made the head table by hand and included in his speech great advice about making sure their family is around that table often. It was really cool. Erica and Ash are both into crossfit and their cake topper was so cute lifting weights! Their crossfit friends all did some pushups and everyone enjoyed cigar rolling, a photobooth, gelato, and tons of dancing!

We hope you enjoy!
