Brooke and Brandon – Wedding Recap – Maderas Golf Club

Brooke and Brandon are such funny and fun people to be around. We had a wonderful time working on their love story before their wedding and then enjoyed every minute of their wedding! The recap was actually a bit hard for me to put together since they had so many activities during their wedding including a band (Get Back Loretta), a choreographed dance, a candy table, photobooth,  Brooke singing to Brandon and some long and funny speeches…there were  so many good clips to choose from.

But here are some of the best ones!

Enjoy

Olivia and Travis – Wedding Recap – Elfin Forest Estates

Olivia and Travis got married at a newer venue called Elfin Forest Estates. It’s a beautiful venue in San Elijo Hills as you’ll see from the video with sweeping views of the mountains and on a clear day you can even see to the ocean. Everything looked so beautiful and they are so happy together! So here are the highlights of the day from Travis and Olivia’s wedding!

Emily and Nathan Wedding Highlights – A cute backyard wedding

Emily and Nathan were our last wedding of 2008 and were another great couple, of course! They had a church wedding and a backyard reception around a pool. We used music from Last of the Mohicans, which was one of the songs during their ceremony as well.I like how crazy everyone got with the glow sticks at the end during the dancing, what a fun idea!

Anyway, here ya go…
Enjoy!

Katherine and Shane – the wedding – Loews Coronado Hotel

As you could see from Katherine and Shane’s teaser, they had a pretty awesome and gorgeous wedding. I’m actually going to post 2 video montages from their wedding. The first one is their pre-wedding montage. This one is a little different from most because we incorporated pictures along with the video. Heather from Vallentyne photography was gracious enough to let us use her pre-wedding photos with this video! I like the feel of it having the 2 different mediums:)

The second part of their wedding I would like to share with you is their dance montage. They had a lot of fun as you can tell both on the dance floor and with the photo booth.

Our 1 year – North San Diego County

So, since it’s Thanksgiving, I thought I’d post a video regarding something Jared and I are thankful for: each other! I know it sounds cheesy but I think it’s important to remember good times and remember how we felt when we first were married. I know it’s only been a year but in some ways I can’t believe it’s only been a year! Our 1 year anniversary was just a couple weeks ago, November 10th and we have had so much fun. We actually just watched our wedding video so we could remember and there was so much we had forgotten. We had to keep pausing it to laugh at stuff that we had no idea had happened! One thing we have enjoyed so much is just working together. Every wedding we get to experience together reminds us of our own promises to each other and our own fun day! We are just so thankful to live in a country where we can have the freedom to pursue our dreams and we’re so thankful for our life together. I’ve put together a little highlight reel of our wedding day so you can experience a bit of our wedding:)

For our anniversary we went camping up in Julian and had a fun adventure out at the Salton Sea. It actually rained the second night we were there and I loved every minute of it. Rarely does it rain in southern California and rarely are we both able to be together enjoying it when it does. So for us, to be awake in the middle of the night listening to the wind and rain in a tent, it’s like a taste of heaven! I would absolutely love to do a “trash the dress” shoot in the rain someday if anyone is ever willing!

Anyway, stay tuned next week because I still have a few more weddings to post about and other fun stuff coming soon…yippee!
