A few months into the pandemic, most of our 2020 weddings had been postponed to 2021 or 2022. One of our couples reached out to ask if they could postpone AND have us film their elopement on their original date! We of course loved the idea and we’re sharing that wedding film now 🙂
We went to Riverside to Alex and Eric’s own backyard to film the smallest ceremony we’ve ever filmed! It was just the two of them and their friend who officiated.
We went into town to do their first dance some photo time at Eric’s brewery, it was so cool!
I just love how they embraced the situation and made the day their own honoring that first date they had their heart on.
We eventually had the privilege of filming their full wedding a year later!
One of our favorite things about what we do is that ultimately we are story tellers…no matter what the story is or how the story changes, we’re there for it and we’re going to capture it. Enjoy!!
