Luynh & Vu – San Diego Wedding Cinema

We really had a wonderful time working (and continuing to be FB friends) with these guys! Luynh actually does event planning and card making and is awesome at it. She planned her entire event including making her own decorations. She did a ton of work on this wedding and it showed. Just so you have an idea how awesome she is, the reception is actually inside a restaurant and she converted it into a reception hall, wow! Some unique things about this wedding were the belly dancer and the photo corner where guests could all take photos with the bride and groom and then have them printed out immediately as a gift to take home (and of course we got a quick one with them as you can see below). Josh and Jess had a lovely wedding this past November. It was a blustery and beautiful ceremony with a great group of guys playing music for the processional and recessional and sweet vows. The reception was really pretty with a great group of people dancing the night away! Josh and Jess, you two were so great to meet and work with, congratulations and enjoy your new life in Italy!

We always get to see new things at weddings and a wedding first for us at this wedding was a unity planting of a succulent! Instead of candles or sand, they planted a cactus together = cute idea! Their dj also performed some live music at the reception which is always fun and incorporated a game from Wowowee = super fun. I also liked their idea of the photo booth where they hung out and got pictures with everyone. We had a great time with Joje and Andre (plus they gave us a little shout out on their reception program!) Congratulations you guys 🙂

San Diego Bridal Bazaar – 2011

2010 Wedding Highlights!

Congratulations to all of our wonderful 2010 brides & grooms and their families & friends! We had such a fun year with such a great group of people. We traveled to Orange County, Indianapolis, Chicago and of course every nook and cranny of the San Diego area. But what was really neat was to witness wedding traditions from all over the world; Poland, China, Korea, Denmark, India, Mexico, Vietnam, The Philippines, & Iran. This year there were a lot of creative ideas for entertainment like; candy buffets, photobooths, caricature artists, bands, freshly made donuts, a belly dancer, brides & grooms singing to each other, & choreographed dances…but enough from me, just enjoy this recap filled with all of our couples (yes everyone should be in there at least once!) celebrating with excitement and emotion! Thank you all for allowing us to be part of your big day and trusting us with protecting your memories, we LOVE OUR JOB!!!

Caitlin + Clint – Estancia Hotel, La Jolla Wedding Cinema
