Tiffany and Aaron – Recap Video – Dana Point Marina Inn

Tiffany and Aaron had a wonderful wedding up at the Orange County Sailing and Events Center. I’ve actually known Tiffany since we were in kindergarten and we spent years in girl scouts together! hah. So you might notice in the recap that I’m one of the bridesmaids! This made videography a bit tricky but Jared did smashingly with an assistant to help out 🙂

My two favorite things in the video: their first dance (and then the dance including their son Caleb – what a cutie!) and their getaway on a sailboat at the end! Fabulous way to end the night!

Brooke and Brandon – Wedding Recap – Maderas Golf Club

Brooke and Brandon are such funny and fun people to be around. We had a wonderful time working on their love story before their wedding and then enjoyed every minute of their wedding! The recap was actually a bit hard for me to put together since they had so many activities during their wedding including a band (Get Back Loretta), a choreographed dance, a candy table, photobooth,  Brooke singing to Brandon and some long and funny speeches…there were  so many good clips to choose from.

Olivia and Travis – Wedding Recap – Elfin Forest Estates

Olivia and Travis got married at a newer venue called Elfin Forest Estates. It’s a beautiful venue in San Elijo Hills as you’ll see from the video with sweeping views of the mountains and on a clear day you can even see to the ocean. Everything looked so beautiful and they are so happy together! So here are the highlights of the day from Travis and Olivia’s wedding!

Trash the Dress – Dan and Shannon – North San Diego County

Like I’ve said before, I really hate calling these shoots “trash the dress” because many times the dress is not “trashed”. You can trash your dress, but in this case, Shannon did not. I did one of these sessions myself after our wedding and my dress was only a bit dirtier than before! Other things we might call this session would be “after wedding”, “bridal session”, “flaunt the dress” or “bridal elegance” but it seems that the most recognizable name for this kind of shoot is “trash the dress” so it remains 🙂

So we did “trash the dress” shoot with Dan and Shannon and Zelo Photography. I think both the moving and still images turned out great!

Brooke and Brandon – Love Story/Slide Show – North San Diego County

We had an awesome time shooting Brooke and Brandon’s wedding last night at the Maderas Golf Club. One of their events was showing their “love story” video/slide show last night. Now that their wedding has happened, we can share their video with you! Brooke and Brandon really wanted to do something different for their video and we said, “That we can do!!!” They wanted something that really showed their personalities and hobbies while still giving some background to how they met and incorporating some of their friends and throwing in some pictures at the end. We think it turned out pretty funny.

Lisa and Brent – Teaser Trailer – Prado Balboa Park

Hey everyone,

Lisa and Brent got married March 29th at the Prado in Balboa Park. We shot their engagement session a few weeks back with Zelo in this post. They had a gorgeous ceremony and reception! We will definitely post more on their wedding once we finish the video but for now, here is the teaser trailer to get you started 🙂

I have to say my favorite part is them practicing their first dance out in the courtyard, it’s magical! Actually, I have two favorite parts. I also LOVE that Brent is so happy he’s just laughing as Lisa is coming down the aisle…this couple was definitely happy to be getting married.

Spring Cleaning
